they took my $50 over the phone for the service call, which they charged twice.  instead of calling me they contacted my sons phone and left a voicemail that was not easy to understand.  when i called them back they stated that they didnt even know the guy that was supposed to be coming out to service me.  the company has poor communication skills when it comes to dealing with a customer base.
