The owner tells a good story but is poor in follow-up. He generally reacts to requests but otherwise will let key pieces of the contract go undone, such as regular maintenance of pine straw. The lawn-seeding was performed without adequate preparation of the topsoil, so now, of course, there are many bare patches in the lawn area due to rocky/hard soil. Several of the bushes have died, possibly due to our drought this summer, and he has replaced those as per the contract. However, we have asked for estimates on other additions to the landscape and a wall, and he has not responded.

I will not use this company again in the future. They did great work for me when they were here but I had a deadline. They said it would take four weeks to get to my home to do the work. Then, they were going to prolong it even longer. I called the manager and threatened to use another company. Then, they sent them out so they did not loose my business.

COMPANY DID GOOD WORK ON YARD PREPARATION. COULD NOT STAND FRONT YARD BEING RED CLAY AND HAD COMPANY RETURN TO SOD FRONT YARD. DID GOOD JOB LAYING SOD. FRONT YARD DID REAL WELL WITH SOD. COMPANY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CARE FOR SOD FEEDING FERTILIZING ETC. DID NOT HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH BACK YARD, CALLED COMPANY AND THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO RETURN TO LOOK AT YARD AND GIVE RECOMMENDATIONS.
