After I talked to Adrain he came out the next day to assess the situation. He was very friendly and after they determined what the problem was he came and talked to me and told me what had happened and what it would cost. While I was at work Adrian came to my house to drain the basin and fix the fuse. When I had returned home everything was in working order. Adrian then followed up with me a week later to make sure I was happy with everything and if I had any questions. It was very reassuring and money well spent!

I found that my HVAC system was not cooling the home enough, it seemed be running alot more than it should to cool my home. I called Adrian at C&S Mechancial because a close friend had referred me to them. Boy, I was not disappointed! C&S had come to my house within 24 hours and had diagnosed the problem (leaking refrigerant). They then took extra steps by cleaning my unit full of grime, and re-charged it. He also made sure other diagnostics checked out well. I've had other HVAC companies service my system because it's a cheap builder grade. Others have left without truly identifying and fixing the problem. They were trying to either make a quick buck service call or sell me a new unit. C&S and Adrian were upfront with my costs, set the proper expectation of delivery, and were very professional. I don't need a new unit right now, but when I do, I'll be sure to call C&S Mechanical.

I got home from work and found my A/C not working. I called C&S because I had a friend tell me about them and they came out and replaced the capacitor to my A/C unit. They also "tuned up" the unit and cleaned the coil with a cleaner that forced a lot of dirt out of the unit. They were very responsive, I spoke to a person immediatly and they were very professional. I signed a service agreement with them and have already recommended them to a co-worker. They're a small outfit but deliver exactly what they said without delay.
