Everything went very well. We called in the morning and had service later that day. Don came out and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. Their prices are very fair and their customer service is unbeatable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Butler Service has been servicing my house since long before I moved into it. I have an A/C unit that was about 30 years old, and instead of just replacing it they very inexpensively repaired it until it just wasn't able to work any more, and then they found a very inexpensive replacement unit that was cheaper than most places discount units. And they were able to fix my old heater for many years, and then again found me a cheap replacement.

The work was not done properly. There was a bad freon leak. We had to have carpets replaced and had to pay over 7000 dollars to remedy the problem. They will not return phone calls, and they finally admitted that they aren't familiar with the system they were trying to install.

THEY DO A WINTER SERVICE CHECK ON THE HEATING SYSTEM.. THEY SEEM LIKE FAMILY BECAUSE I'VE SPOKEN TO MRS. BUTLER ON THE PHONE FOR YEARS.
