After service was performed I contacted the provider multiple times due to issues with the roof leaking. Provider has yet to respond to text messages and phone calls in the last 8 months. I am now left with a leaking roof. His business phone appears to be disconnected and he is not responding to his mobile phone after several attempts.

"We made numerous trips to locate and find the issue . After a site evaluation from Allred roofing systems it appears that several issue not related to the work created a problem . The chimney itself has lost its integrity and caused the majority of the problem . The chimney has been repaired and interior damage repaired also."

I was happy with the job. However, it was a little bit more than I wanted to deal with.

"this was a lightning repair job that was throughly researched for a match to the chimney brick veneer. Upon demolition we discovered that the fireplace was built with out mortar in the flue liners and compelety removed it to the firebox and broughtit up to code and safety standards . We strive to please everyone and are disappointed that the member graded us with a c grade overall . I think he had been months waiting to find someone to do this dififcult job and had many concerns, But when we were done the quality of the work will stand on its own . This rating would not in any way hinder BMc from responing to any issues if they were to occur to the member's project."

They are phenomenal! They are the best builders I have ever dealt with! Everything was built to speck, on time, and there were no surprises. Everyone of the people who worked on the project were terrific, and everything about our experience was A+!

Homes that he builds are high quality construction and they also match the neighborhood integrity. Sensitive to architecture style and feel of historic significance of Charlotte. Sub contractors have been with him between five to thirty years and are all very professional. He has been in the Charlotte area for over thirty years. He is a custom builder and we are very happy with him. He also provides high quality appliances. He cares about the finished product. Homes range from 600,000 - 1,000,000.
