I like their service. They were easy to work with and courteous. Their manager came out to inspect the work and saw that one of the workers hadn't cleaned up. The manager himself took care of it and the worker was fired. They pride themselves on doing better work than whatever was done originally.

It went well. I called in the morning and they did the work the same day. Were very nice and helpful. Now we can't wait for the cooktop to get here.:)

He came out to do the work then three days later the problem was back and even worse than it was to start with. He blamed me for the things that went wrong.

They sent out a tech who didn't know what he was doing. He had to cut the snake off in the kitchen sink. I would not hire them again.

DISSATISFIED. THE PERSON SENT OUT SPENT AN HOUR LOOKING AND LISTENING AND THEN TOLD ME HE HAD NO TIME TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS EVEN IF HE FOUND THE LEAK AND THAT HE WOULD NEED TO COME BACK. HIS DEMEANOR WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT WE DID NOT HAVE HIM RETURN. WE HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER COME TO LOCATE AND REPAIR PROBLEM; DROPPING OUR WATER BILL BY A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT MONTHLY. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. EVEN IF I EXCUSED THE MANNERISM OF THE PLUMBER DISPATCHED TO DO THE JOB, THE FACT THAT WE WERE CHARGED AN HOUR LABOR WITHOUT FINDING A SOLUTION WAS UNACCEPTABLE. SUFFICIENT TIME SHOULD BE ALLOTTED TO LOCATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE FOR WHICH THE PLUMBER IS DISPATCHED.

DONNY MAKES PLUMBING AN ART FORM. PARTICULARLY IF PIPES WILL BE EXPOSED, HE GIVES PERFECT BENDS AND EXACT ALIGNMENTS. BEAUTIFUL WORK!

I THINK THAT THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PROPERLY, BUT ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT I DEALT WITH FROM THIS COMPANY SEEMED RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.

CAME THREE TIMES TO DO THE SAME REPAIR. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
