Bonnie was wonderful. She knew so much about the real estate process and all the communities in the surrounding areas. It was wonderful to have someone take the time to explain everything from the home buying process to what questions we needed to ask ourselves to find out what kind of home we wanted. Her knowledge of communities, schools, etc. was extensive. She listened to what we wanted in a home and not only provided valuable advice, but a way for us to search for homes on our own through her website. She is a great negotiator and is very honest with you if she thinks the house is a good deal or not. It was actually fun to look for houses with her because she got so personally invested in it. I felt like I was looking at houses with one of my friends! She gave great insight on structural issues, community info, and prices of the area. Now thanks to Bonnie we have the home of our dreams that did not come with a nightmare price tag!
Description of Work: Bonnie sat down with us and took time to ask us questions about us and what we were looking for in a home (community, location, features, schools, etc.). Then she suggested areas we should target first and also set us up on her website so we could search for homes ourselves on our computer. She ran complete reports on areas and houses based on her knowledge of real estate and our preferences. Then she provided us with print outs of the results of her search, added houses we found that we liked from our own search, and drove us to each home. At each home she pointed out the pros and cons of the house and community. When we chose a house we were interested in, she advised us on what price to offer (based on reports she had run) and wrote the contract. Expertly she negotiated our contract going back and forth ensuring that we got the best deal. Then she negotiated repairs and did a million other things that are involved in buying a home.
