The two guys assigned to our move arrived early on the morning of our move and parked right outside the apartment. They were very professional and cautious with all our stuff, packing everything with various layers of blankets, tape, and boxes when necessary. The move itself was swift. Upon arrival, everything was unloaded in less than an hour and a half, and there were no scratches, bumps, or dents. Overall a top service, and I would highly recommend it!

Stay far away from this company. They are an excellent example of **bait and switch**. They increased the price significantly once they loaded, the help could barely speak English, they lied about delivery. Its been almost 7 weeks and I still do not have my household goods. They do not return calls and refuse to acknowledge their failures. They should call themselves The Worst Non-American Non-Movers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Best American Movers are nothing but an excellent team of movers from start to end. Arranging the booking was really easy, and even when we had to reschedule and seek a different solution, it was done quickly without fuss. Super impressed.

All of the guys were friendly and upbeat the entire time. Really helped to lower the stress level of what can be a very stressful experience. The bill turned out to be exactly what I expected based on the quoted rate from day 1. A++++ moving experience. Recommended!

They arrived right on time with a call a few minutes ahead to check-in. They were fast, efficient and careful, and they seemed to work really well as a team. They also came prepared with all the supplies they would need. At our destination, they were quick unloading and made sure things were in the right places. Hoping not to move anytime soon, but we know who we will be using if we do!

The mover they sent us was very professional and courteous. They packed and wrapped everything with care and care. The crew was very polite and worked hard to carefully move my furniture and boxes. Our representative spends a lot of time with us going over the details of the move. The loading and unloading went well. The movers were fast but careful and managed everything beautifully without any damage.

It was a complete nightmare. It couldnt have been worse. The only thing that could have been worse was if they didnt show up.

Do not hire this company. The destroyed custom made cabinets that cost $6k and dented a Samsung smart refrigerator. They offered us $89 for a settlement. We did not get full replacement insurance but did get $.60 per pound but refused to pay when they found out the custom cabinets weighed over 1600 lbs. save yourself some heartache hire someone else. The price also doubled even though we sent them pictures of everything that was being moved!

Used U-Haul truck. Only two men showed up. 2 Hrs. late. Pack and load 2 PM to 9 PM. Company does not support workers. Promised delivery 8/28-8/30, delivered 8/31. Two men showed up for pick up and delivery. Company does not support workers. All interface was with sales, no contact with scheduling to get be informed about pick up and delivery times/date

Terrible experience with this company, with exception to the packers and loaders. They were exceptionally good.

The bad company ever , do not ever hire this company

I appreciate the work and time put into my 5 bedroom home, I hired Best American Movers for full service, my home was too much to handle alone, and they blew me away; I did not have to lift a finger! I am so happy about my decision, and I am grateful for this company staying true to their word and work. I can say that it was a fantastic service from the very beginning to the very end. Thank you!

Low integrity. Refused to refund for services not delivered!

They did a great job moving my wife and me. When they got to our old place, the elevator in our apartment building was broken, and the three guys from Best American Movers were able to get all of our stuff wrapped up and moved with no complaints, quickly and safely. Throughout the quick move, they were very friendly and professional. We have now used them four times and will be using them again the next time we move.

They worked efficiently. The team packed and unpacked all of our items with care. Matthew answered all my questions and communicated with me throughout the moving process. I will definitely do business with them again.

Everything about Best American Movers rep and the actual movers was great. The rep I worked with went out of her way to help. I made a one-bedroom move from MI to the NY area. The movers had to pack up the dishes. Everything was pretty straightforward. They did everything they said they were going to do. I highly recommend them!
