Berkshire Apartments

Two days after committing to rent the apartment, I submitted all the paperwork, etc. At that time, I was told that the rent would be $20 higher (their documents say "rental prices can change daily). I kept the commitment, but when I arrived I found the apartment they assigned me was not the one they had shown me - instead of having a view of the woods and an outdoor storage closet, the new apartment had no closet and a view of the parking lot ("the apartment we showed was just an example of the typical size you wanted"). When I arrived, I was told I was also required to obtain renter's insurance (which was also provided by the parent company). Additionally, before moving I had tried for many days to get in touch with them to make sure things would be ready for my move and NEVER received a call back. Finally, it took calls to the parent company (Lincoln Property) to finally get someone to call me back.
