BEE'S LANDSCAPING & TREE REMOVAL

The tree cutting went fine but was not our main priority in hiring these guys. The poison ivy treatment was unsuccessful. I begged multiple times for them to come out and finish the job to no avail. They took payment in full up front on the first day which I ordinarily would not have agreed to, and never will again. I was fooled by the charm and promises of the "boss," Mike.. I am still full of regrets for wasting our hard earned money on these folks.

We were looking for a company who could complete all of our landscaping needs as we had recently purchased a new house.   I thought it would be better to work with one company and have them do everything.  He sent me an invoice via email, and he stated what he normally does is that we need to send a check for deposit for the work.  We had never really discussed, or gave him an okay to go ahead with the job, but all of the sudden, when you had already Charlotte, he showed up with his crew to do the work.  Luckily, my daughter was there, so she called us and we just gave an okay for him to do the work.  My daughter then sent me a picture of the walkway that he was putting in, and it was so bad that I told him to stop.  It was looking nothing like what I sent pictures to him as far as the walkway that you wanted. It was not being installed correctly.  My daughter and I could have done a better job, but we knew we could not cut the stone correctly to match what we wanted.  I assumed Bee's Landscaping would have the tools to correctly install the walkway, which they clearly did not.  

At this point in time the walkway is still incomplete, and we are trying to figure out how we might get some of our money back.  I don?t want him to do the work because of how poor the quality of work was.  I?ve had several other contractors take a look at the work, and they pretty much laughed at the quality of work from Bee's 

When we were down in Charlotte for a few days, he found every excuse in the book to not come and meet with us regarding the issues.  

At this point, we are trying everything we know how to deal with the situation. We would not recommend this individual for any landscaping needs.
