Bank of America is my primary account. BOA and I have a rocky relationship, but overall they are a good bank. If I have problems with another business I shopped at they fix my problem, disputes are settled fast, and checks are also cashed very efficiently. The only problem I have is that I get weird charges every so often that I have to call about to get a solution for. But overall they are a good stable company and take what they do very seriously. I have been with them for four years

I think that their pricing is reasonable. We have been with them for years. We had a situation where someone had gotten our number overseas and without even questioning us, they gave us our money back quickly. So, we did not have to wait for them to investigate and then get our money back. They just automatically refund your money back upfront and then investigate. So, we really like them. They are very friendly and they answer all your questions for you. They are a really good bank. I even recommended my family to them. So, my sister and my mother use them now.

They tell you one thing and do another. One department employee doesn't know what they other is doing. It's like they have never done loans before. My loan is down because of idiotic stuff from them.
