Joe and his crew do excellent work. They repaired and replaced damaged beams in the crawlspace of our home (identified during the buyer's pre-purchase home inspection). Their work and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. Even the City inspector who came out to approve the work commented that "it's nice to see contractors who take pride in doing great work." Joe, his crew, and his administrative staff went to great lengths to perform the work as required by the buyer and in the timeframe needed to get the sale to go through. We are very pleased with the overall experience of working with this company and we highly recommend them!

The price for the overall job was fair, but his lack of punctuality time after time was very exhausting. He did not return calls on many occasions, and the overall quality of the work was average. His workers did not seem to always know what to do. As I said, they were his family members, not professional workers. We should have known better . After most of the work was completed, we called him to come back and fix a couple of things that were not done correctly, but he did not return nor did he return our calls. In our opinion, that is inexcusable, especially since that was one of the things he touted at the beginning of the job: that he would always return to fix anything if it was not just right. We would not recommend this man or this company.
