I asked to verify my email address; they didn't have it. I asked how she was going to email an estimate to me given she didn't have my email address or the address for the requested service. |Gave her the home address and email address; She said I would receive the estimate via email or a phone call with in 24hrs. | |NO RESPONSE.. |

Description of Work: The tree climbers/cutters were fabulous. Cut exactly what needed and cleaned up without alot of big heavy trucks in my yard. Very courteous. Customer service needs alot of work..doesn't return calls, no one answers the phone, getting a quote and committment took days and had to almost beg "when are they coming". Maybe Tim the quoter needs help in the office.

Description of Work: They cut down 7 trees and trimmed back some branches. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to use them again.

Description of Work: After some initial communication issues they scheduled the work and completed it very professionally. They worked quickly and were careful to restore site to look as though they had not been here. We also had to use my neighbor's access and they were very careful to clean up afterwards,

Description of Work: They were nice. The tree-trimming was done well. But they were hours late (they did call and let me know), which made it so they couldn't finish before dark but they kept working. They told me they didn't want to have to come back in the morning. It was full dark when they told me they were finished, but I could see week enough to tell that the clean-up was awful. I had to tell them I couldn't pay them til they cleared away the limbs and debris at least enough that I could walk across the yard. The next morning, I went for my wheelbarrow to start the clean-up and found it broken. I had seen them using it - without asking permission - to haul pieces of tree trunk to their chipper. They did cheerfully send me a check to replace the wheelbarrow, but it took three phone calls and four weeks.

Description of Work: When the certified arborist arrived he was able to identify my trees and let me know what disease my flowering pears had. He understood what I needed in terms of pruning and cutting down a dead tree and was very polite. The service itself was done above my expectations and they cleaned us so thoroughly it didn't look like they had even been there except for the improvements. The only drawback was the difficulty in making contact and having to reschedule the service twice. Apparently one employee had left suddenly.

Description of Work: Initial F rating changed to A. There was a personnel problem with an outgoing employee sabatoging the company and I got caught in the middle. After the F rating, the owner contacted me and explained, apologized, and promptly made all things right with a fabulous service.

Description of Work: I give high marks to Arbormax Tree Service. I had some miscommunication problems at first but when my scheduled time for service came I was extremely happy with the work done. They did above and beyond my expectations-the workers stayed on task and were professional and courteous and accomplished so much. (They had to work on a hill so it was difficult.) The cleanup was great-all the limbs were shredded so the yard was left immaculate. Thank you Arbormax!!

Description of Work: When we got beyond the employee who gave badd information, the owner cut $100 from the cost for my dealings with this employee. The work from the company was very professional. The 40 yr-old bradford pear tree was taken down quickly, chopped up and shredded. They cleaned up all the mess this operation left.

Description of Work: Arbormax trimmed my trees so they weren't brushing up against the house. I was out of town when the work was done, but I came home to a spectacular-looking yard! There were no branches left over or even sawdust. I am very happy with Arbormax and would use them again!

Description of Work: Pruning 4 willow oaks for deadwood and roof clearance. Purchased Angie's list Big Deal for tree service on July 16th, Called Arbormax the same day to schedule appointment for quote. Appointment was scheduled the next day with Andy Lakeman their Arborist, Andy was very proressional and thorough. Work was scheduled for the morning of July 23rd, the crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: The tree removal went very well. However, someone else from their company was supposed to come out to grind up the stumps. This never happened. I did not pay for this part in advance, so it was no great loss on my part. They did, on several occasions, confuse me with another client...maybe she got the stump grinding?
