I am compelled to warn others against hiring this company due to my extremely poor experience. Despite receiving a phone quote, the price almost doubled upon the movers' arrival, and I was shocked when they solicited a tip before beginning work. The inexperienced movers recklessly threw items into the storage unit, causing disarray and the loss of a bag. When I reported this to Alfred, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional moving fee for them to retrieve the bag. As a result, I am forced to hire another company to rectify the situation. I strongly advise others to avoid this unprofessional company to avoid similar headaches and financial losses.

Shockingly terrible company. They cancelled on me the day before my move. Then when I asked why they werenâ t prioritizing me as a customer they were unhinged and told me to never call them again. Gentle Giant saved me from an absolute nightmare caused by these people.

DO NOT HIRE. We hired All My Sons to move to our new home in Charlotte. When they pulled the truck in at our new home, the driver drove into the property directly across the street and put in approximately 20 feet long and 8-10 inch deep divets in the sod/grass. The property they damaged is community property in our neighborhood. We took pictures and videos, and paid $1200 to have it fixed. We asked All My Sons to reimburse us. They admitted to causing the damage but claim that we don't own the property. We cited to our deed and our community CCRs (public record) that explicitly say we are responsible. All My Sons has done nothing. There are plenty of reputable local moving companies out there. DO NOT HIRE.

Worst company you can possibly go with. They broke half our stuff and over charged like crazy. We filed a claim for a $1500 chair they broke and the gave us back $100. Sick and corrupt company.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE SHADY AND OVER CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. The employees that move things are wonderful but inexperienced and unequipped the perform the job. They make up charges â because you live in this state there are unlisted extra charges that the law requires you to pay usâ like what???? Also, donâ t they have to disclose that?? His response was â oh we havenâ t put it on the website yet sorryâ even though itâ s supposedly something thatâ s been required for years??? Also, movers need to use one piece of tape? They charge you for a whole roll. One piece of plastic? They charge you for 25lbs worth. When you ask for an itemized bill you can see these sketchy business tactics. And if you try and question them about it theyâ ll talk down to you and call you â buddyâ while acting like youâ re stupid. They charged me $1300 for 6 hrs of moving (though the guy told his employees to sit for an hour while loading so that it would take longer HA) he also lied about the start and finish time and when we said we have the video evidence he just said â so do Iâ and told us he would get the police involved if we didnâ t pay and said he could charge us even more if he wanted to. They also messed up the appointment time and tried coming at 9am (when we explicitly said we wouldnâ t even own the house until after 11am and it was notes in the file) DO NOT GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS GET PAID COMMISSIONS SO THEY WONT HELP YOU EITHER!

I had the worst experience with All My Sons Public Service Announcement DO NOT USE this company. Want to know more read on: Passive Aggressive, liars, wasteful, & unprofessional. They are constantly hiring because Brandon would rather fire the movers instead of fixing the problems. Supposedly Brandon fired the people who bailed on me on Saturday February 3rd which didnt resolve my problem or this companies. On Sunday February 4th the movers had no stamina or endurance. Yes, they were kind and friendly. However, they didnt move a whole apartment, and it took them all day. Whoever Steven is called them and said they could stay as long as they wanted, but they arent getting paid anymore. Which demotivated them, and they left. One guy said, I have 3 kids to feed. What do you want me to do However, my dad has stage 4 cancer, and I moved more **** in my SUV faster than your three guys with a 26ft moving truck. I paid $1300+ for a job they didnt finish and took all day when it should have taken 3 hours with a three-man team. The youngest guy struggled on the pickup and on the drop off, and laid under the bed because of how tired he was. They took forever wrapping **** yet still broke a lamp and a bookcase. When I called about a same-day move on Saturday February 3rd and the office team who answered my questions, both the girl and guy (Brock) said they would not put the mounts in the wall or off the wall, but they would take the TV off the mount and put it back on the mount. I had my brother handle the mounts, and the movers left my TVs on the floor. Saying I am disappointed, dissatisfied, and disgusted with my All My Sons Moving is an understatement. Its clever for the movers to have people fill out the 1-5 paper survey at the beginning. They kept saying it wouldnt take long at all, and I believed them because it shouldnt have taken but 3hours max and yet it took all day. I cant even imagine how many days it would take these movers if they did a whole apartment. Food was spoiled, items were ruined, and time was wasted. Their hold music talks about how you appreciate your customers and your email says It is time to move, so relax and let us take on the heavy load. WE GOT THIS!! Its all lies. They dont care about your customers at all! They lie to them. Theres no follow-up for the customer. I did all the following up and they failed miserably 2 times! I love how Brandon thinks a review is a threat and debated on canceling my move when the first team no showed me after saying they were getting food and would call me 15-20mins out, and then on Sunday when I got the final total, their finance guy tells me well, we can bring your stuff back to the pickup location. No one wanted to try to make this right so I feel it is my public duty to warn anyone who might think about using this company. At this point, a public service announcement needs to be created to warn everyone about how they actually treat paying customers. This was the most stressful and ridiculous move of my entire life! Please share to help your friends and loved ones avoid this disaster of a moving company.

Absolutely horrific moving company. I had a 600 sqft apartment that was packed before hand and it took them over five hours with four men. Then they refused to finish the job. I'm a new mom with small babies and they left me with work I paid them to do. **DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY** If you're in Charlotte, I can't recommend gentle giant enough. They actually moved me prior and did a fabulous job.

I have used them to pack up and move our entire office. Used them to move me from an apartment to a townhouse. Then used them to move from the townhouse to a house. They have been beyond wonderful all three times. Very friendly and work efficiently. They are easy to reach and their pricing is very reasonable for the service/experience they provide. They come prepared and I will use them if I move again in the future!
