ABBEY ROSE FLORAL ARTISTRY

Abbey Rose sent an email stating that one of the the three flowering plants was not available. They claim they tried to contact me by phone; however, I was not home. That is not an issue. The issue is that they sent the arrangement with only ONE of the three flowering plants - they did not inform me that two flo0wering plants were unavailable. I can understand the miniature roses were hard to find; however, I am surprised that African violets are in such a short supply. They sent a larger azalea than normal with a few green non-flowering plants in a nice basket. The arrangement itself was nice; however, I had selected this particular arrangement because it had three flowering plants in it. If they had to substitute, they should have substituted flowering plants. There were plenty of arrangements available with non-flowering plants - I did not want those. I wanted the flowering plants. When I complained they told me they had the right to substitute whatever they wanted. My position is that an arrangement with three flowering plants should be an arrangement with three flowering plants. Substituting greenery for flowering plants is not acceptable.
