I would recommend A Plus Building & Roofing because they did an excellent job. They were very efficient. They were very courteous. Overall, I would grade them an "A". I would absolutely use their service again in the future.

Billy took a while to call back but came out and provided us a fair estimate after we checked with 2 other contractors for the same service. We signed a contract with him that was on a single page with no requirements by either party. He also promised a 10 year guarantee on all services provided. Billy said it would take 2-3 days to finish the job, however; it ended up taking 5 days over the course of two weeks. We had to point out quite a few areas that they had missed at the end of the job. Despite them leaving a mess of vinyl shards and nails in our year (really great with an 18 month old at home) we paid the final half of the agreed upon amount. Billy said he would stop by the next day with a written guarantee since he didn't have it on him. He never showed. A week later a storm blew through and tore a piece of wrapping halfway off the very top of our house. I called Billy and with a delayed response from him said he would be by two days later with the guarantee and to fix the damaged area. No show. Same response when I called again with another no show. I had to call 5 times and threaten to report him the BBB which ended up being the case. He had until 6/25 to respond and we have yet to hear from him or see any of his workers here to fix the damage. All in all, I intend to NEVER use them again!
