This morning I discovered a set of house keys had been stolen. Ted's Locksmith had outstanding reviews on Angie's so I gave them a call. They were available the same day, and set an appointment for between 10:30 and 12:30. Before ending the call, Ted advised me to check on Angie's list for the Deal coupon, to save a little money, which I did.
Ted arrived right on time, and quickly and professionally re-keyed all four locks. Besides the on-line deal I had already purchased, I had him make three additional keys at $3 each.
A very unsettling situation was handled quickly and well, thank to Angie's and Ted's Locksmiths.

He looked at what we had discussed prior and told me how long it would take. He was very professional and efficient. He even took the time to fix a latch for me that was sticking. He completed the work right on time including fixing the latch. I would definetly reach out to him again as well as recommend Ted's locksmith to others.

Teddy called me and said he was finished early on another job and asked if I could meet him sooner at my new home. He saved me 4 hours of wait time. Teddy was wonderful. He showed up an hour after my initial call and was very friendly and professional. I had purchased the new hardware at Lowes and he installed everything for us. In addition he offered to take off the old brass knocker, which I appreciated since it didn't match the new hardware we had purchased. It was one less thing I would have had to do.
I was extremely pleased with the price as well. In the past when I've been locked out of my house, a locksmith charged me $100 just to get me back in. Teddy did that and more. I will definitely use him again, and would recommend him to friends.
If you need a locksmith, he's the one to call.

Teddy was great, as expected based on other Angie's List reviews. I sent a message via AL and he responded immediately. We set up an appointment for the next day based on when my husband and the moving truck were scheduled to arrive. Although we chose a timeframe, it shifted because the truck was running two hours behind. What I really appreciated was Teddy's flexibility with our fluid situation. He stayed in touch with me and my husband via text. He ended up coming much earlier than originally planned so he could be in and out before the moving company arrived. (Originally, the plan was for his to come after, but as it ended up the movers weren't done until 8:00 pm. )
