Locksmith-Connections

I called this company to have house locks rekeyed. I was told that a tech would contact me in 5 minutes, it was an hour later. The locksmith said he would be at our house in 30 minutes. An hour and a half later he called and said he was on his way to the office and did I still want him to come. As it was still fairly early, 4:30 pm, I said yes. He arrived without a mask, which I provided for him. He then rushed through the house, counting locks. We have 8 locks with two different keyways, so all of the locks could not be keyed together. We did however have 5 Schlage locks and 3 locks that were off-brand but with the same keyway. When I tried to explain to him that the locks were of different ages and that I did not expect them to have the same keys, he ignored me and went from door to door trying the keys. He shrugged and said that he couldn't do anything because the key to one of the Schlage locks wouldn't turn in the lock. He then left, having done nothing, charging me $65 dollars for literally less than 10 minutes in our house. Today I called a local locksmith that said the locks with similar keyways could all be keyed together so that rather than having 5 different keys, we would have 2. This locksmith was obviously rushed, had no desire to do the work, and just wanted to get off for the day. Really, really bad service.
