ELITE AUTO BODY

Had the unfortunate need to have two cars repaired at Elite in the span of three months. This shop is top notch - very efficient, coordinates with the insurance company and the rental car company, and excellent follow-up and communication. They made the whole process extremely easy. Would definitely recommend them!

From the time we contacted Elite, that basically took down all the information, coordinated with our insurance, estimated total cost and identified other small dings etc and provided a reasonable cost estimate for us. Coordination with our insurance company took out that stress for us and gave us a clear picture of what we owed versus insurance.
The work performed was very high quality (I've had some minor work performed before in a different state from a high quality shop there and Elite's work was clearly superior). It was my wife who took the vehicle there due to my schedule and she was treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
The repair is has now been done for almost a year and our car still looks brand new. Elite looked at other minor blemishes on our car and made some professional fixes to those which impressed us even more.
Additionally, they offer lifetime warranty even if you move out of state or change owners.

I purchased a used SLK55 which had (unbeknownst to me) some body damage. After contacting the dealer from which I bought it, they agreed to cover the cost of repairs. I decided to go to Elite Auto Body, as they'd done work for me in the past and I was impressed with their professionalism, their quality of work, and most of all with the interest in and knowledge of the car on which they worked (a Crossfire SRT6).
They walked me through the price quote process, and while I'm glad the dealer was footing the bill (the parts weren't cheap) I was glad to see them use such a fair and clear price estimation process; I could see what each part cost, what it would cost to install, etc.
As far as the actual work was concerned, I have nothing but good things to say. The paint work was flawless, the part was installed correctly (I double checked), and best of all: they finished ahead of schedule.
Oh, and they warranty all the work for life. So if you're worried about clearcoat peeling or whatever several years down the line, don't be. (That said, I've never used their guarantee. Which, now that I think about it, is a good thing in and of itself.)

They have excellent customer service. They do amazing work, and they go out of their way to make you happy. The work was paid for by the insurance company.

Overall, the experience was fine. The final repair came in over the final estimate (which itself was slightly higher than what I'd expected from the insurance claims adjuster as well as some other quotations), but the paint matches well, and the repair was completed on time, which was important to me. The staff was relatively pleasant, on the whole.

They were very responsive, accurate, and prompt with the estimate (also theirs was a lower bid than the 2nd estimate I got), on time with completing the work, and very high quality of work (the hood looks new). Very friendly and professional staff with great attention to detail.
