SEASIDE HOME INSPECTIONS

Justin showed up on time and was very nice during the brief visit. I was not at the site during the whole process but the report that he produced seemed to be detailed and thorough. After the report was delivered , my insurance agent requested one additional form to be completed. We did not hear back from Justin for 3 days until I had to email him to request an explanation to what was the hold up. He had told the Insurance agent that it was going to cost an additional $150 for him to fill out another form. There seemed to be some miscommunication and he replied to my email asking if he would fill out the form and why the $150. My previous email to him was stating that I was not happy about having to pay $150 for 1 form. His exact words were " Not interested. I don't appreciate you sending that email out before contacting me first. I have been back and forth with your agent for three days now and I have been more than cooperative through the process." So as a result - I was going to give him a good review and still will on the Quality , but his professionalism leaves a bit to be desired

The inspector, Justin, was fantastic. I was very nervous about the inspection because of an inspection-gone-bad in the past (by another company in a different state). Justin did everything possible to quell my concerns and went so above and beyond in his work. Even though condo inspections are typically only interior inspections, Justin checked out the exterior, as well, taking the time to document recommendations concerning repairs that may be needed in the future and even managed to catch an issue that would have impacted one of my neighbor's condos if allowed to persist. I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for a solid home inspection.
