called them on 1/21/13. Spoke to lady and described what was needed. She promised to call next day. She never called so I called her . She laughed and said "she forgot to call". Then she said she could not do the job for three months. I informed her she should have called back as she promised.

Went smooth from start to finish.

Tom and Nancy were great to work with. They helped us pick our countertops and backsplash tile. They removed an old built-in desk and replaced it with new cabinets and a built-in wine cooler (including adding an additional electrical outlet for the cooler). We had old laminate countertops replaced with granite and the installers did a great job. Nancy and Tom worked around our schedule to have our new tile backsplash installed before the holidays. Everyone at Tile with Style was great. They were extremely helpful every step of the way and were very flexible in scheduling the work when it was convenient for us. The countertops and backsplash are beautiful and our kitchen looks great! We can't wait to have Tile with Style remodel our master bath. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Our experience with Tile with Style was very pleasant overall.  All of the people that we dealt with from start to finish were all very professional, friendly, had great work ethic, honest, and did very good work.  They came out when they said they would.  They were very good about communicating with us each step of the way.  The plumber even came out on Saturday to finish up a job so that we could use our sinks over the weekend instead of waiting till Monday.  The faucets that we ordered needed a longer thread and he was able to find one on a Friday and installed on a Saturday morning; he normally doesn't work on Saturdays.  We appreciated that.  The workers were very courteous, consciencious, and cleaned up.  The best thing is that our bathroom is fabulous now, exactly what we wanted.  I would definitely use Tile with Style again and highly recommend them.

The main focus of the work was to replace a shower enclosure and recaulk the bathrooms. Tile with Style contracted out the shower enclosure replacement to a local glass company who did an excellent job. The problem was with the work actually performed by Tile with Style.  The rest of this review focuses on the work performed by Tile with Style and not the glass company they hired. The first problem was in scheduling. After hearing nothing from the company for a long time about scheduling the work, they then left me a message late one afternoon saying they would like to do the work the next morning. If felt like either a complete lack of planning on the company's part, or a lack of respect for their customers, or both. This pattern continued throughout the relationship. I would hear nothing for for a couple weeks, and then receive a call late in the day saying they would like to do the work the next day. The next issue is timeliness. Let me stress that Tom, the co-owner of Tile with Style, is a very nice guy. But he is a poor time manager. He typically showed up two to three hours late for every appointment. The next issue was on the quality of the work. After carefully looking at the caulk color charts, Tom chose a color for the caulk. After recaulking the entire master bathroom, I have to say that the color could not have been more wrong. It looked unbelievably awful. Although Tom admitted that it looked terrible and agreed to redo the work, the relationship was strained from that point on. It was clear in every communication that he viewed this job as a money loser and one that needed to be finished with the least effort possible. There were several further mistakes in the work. Also, the billing was incorrect and had to be redone. Again, I want to reiterate that Tom is a nice guy. In my case, however, Tile with Style did not seem to be a very well run business.

We visited the store and were helped in selecting tiles to be used in
our kitchen back-splash.  We were shown many styles and combinations
that would have been fine, but ended up with exactly what we wanted
with the help of the owner. She came to our home to take measurements
and brought samples of the selected tiles to confirm our choices.  We
decided on the pattern a placement of decorative pieces to be used.
The work was scheduled and the crew was punctual, worked
steadily on our project, made adjustments where necessary, finished on
time and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.  We are
extremely pleased and will definitely use them in the future on any like
projects.  I highly recommend this company to anyone with any tile
project.

I previously wrote a review on this company stating that we experienced many problems.  I have since learned that a great deal of the problems were due to the subcontractor who actually installed the cabinets. We have had further dealings with the cabinet installer and have had the very same problems, so obviously he was the common denominator.  I believe that with a new installer (and apparently the installer was replaced right after our dealings), customers would have a MUCH more pleasant experience with Tile with Style.  My experience was out of the norm, I believe.

But the most important part of this review pertains to what went wrong and how Nancy and Tom responded. Our grout color did not conform to our selection. Tile With Style owners, Tom and Nancy Zafaresse, went to work, helping us get a repair from the grout company. They treated us with respect and went to bat for us. There was never any doubt that they would be in our corner; that they would be there to help us; that they wanted us to be completely satisfied. The repair added a few weeks to the renovation, but it added immeasurably to our satisfaction with the outcome. Bottom Line: Satisfaction with a company's work to fulfill contractual expectations should be the norm; going above and beyond contractual expectations is the mark of an "exceptional" company. And Tile With Style is "EXCEPTIONAL". 

They came to take measurements on time. Provided a reasonable. The work was done in two days. They even provided some of the components without charge needed to complete the work. They had suggestions on grout, picked up the necessary materials. It all went very well. The results are great.

The project was completed with amazing efficiency by good people, resulting in a beautiful product. We could not imagine our master bath looking better than it does now! We HIGHLY recommend Tom, Nancy, and crew at Tile with Style!

I was very pleased with the service of Tile with Style. The owners, Tom and Nancy Zaffarese were very helpful, and they were able to start on the project much sooner than I expected. Their price was competitive, and they finished sooner than I thought they would because they had 3 people working one day. The whole family has been in the tile business for 25 years, and they know their business well. I will definitely be calling them again.

Excellent experience and beautiful final product, both of which exceeded our expectations.  
The selection of materials and the design was painless thanks to the experience and knowledge of Nancy.  After listening to what we envisioned, she efficiently guided us through the store's large inventory, presenting a reasonable number of options that would coordinate well with our style and the materials already present in the kitchen.  We selected mexican porcelain subway tiles with several crushed glass square medallions to be used as accent pieces.
Tom came out early the following week to give us an estimate, which we were happy with, so he scheduled us for the installation to be performed 9 days later.  The day after the estimate, Tom called to inform us that the materials we selected were actually in stock, and they could move the installation up to Friday, if we preferred.  Tom and two workers arrived on time and immediately got to work.  They asked where they could set up their tile saw and sufficiently protected all surfaces.  The crew worked efficiently, with the majority of the tile laying complete by lunchtime despite the numerous intricate cuts.  A suggestion to "enhance" the design was presented that involved the need for two additional medallions, but the crew only had one extra on hand.  I offered to run to the store to pick up another.  They did not have any in stock, so Nancy resolved this issue by offering me a floor sample that was in perfect condition, and suggested I take a 2nd just in case.  They did not charge me for either the additional tedious labor or the two medallions needed to complete this on-the-fly alteration.  By 5pm the installation was complete, with grout, and they left the house as clean as it was upon their arrival, including the deck where the tile saw was used.  
Tom called later that evening to make sure my wife was happy with the finished product since she was not present for the decision to "enhance" the design.  She was more than happy with the way it turned out, but was nonetheless appreciative of Tom's offer to remedy it if she had disapproved of the change.
We scheduled a day for Tom to return early the following week to apply the sealant after the grout dried.  Tom generously applied a coat of sealant to our granite countertops for free after inquiring how long it had been since their last sealing.  
Everyone we worked with from Tile with Style was nothing short of polite, pleasant, and professional, and their skill and craftsmanship is displayed in the final product, which we are extremely happy with, and feel was an excellent investment.

I had to make 2 trips out to their store to finally decide on my tsone (my fault).  Once I picked it out I put down 50% so they could order the supplies.  Once it came in they wanted to come the next day but that did not work for me-I need advanced notice to arrange dog care.  then I didn't hear anything for awhile so I finally picked a date that was good for me (2 weeks in advance) and called them and set up the appointment.  You need to realize that they are a small business so if you have a tight deadline you might want to get assurances in writing that they can do it.  But for me it was no rush so they came when I asked and did a FANTASTIC job--I love it.  They men were very nice, clean and professional-I was very comfortable having them in my house.  They had enough supplies to do the entire kitchen in cluding some areas I hadn't been sure of--proabably a testament to the good job Tom did when he came out and measured.  I hope to install new countertops and a tile bathroom floor in the next 2 years and will definitely use them again.

We had to have a new gas fireplace put in as our old one broke, and we needed a new tile surround to go with it (the old one had to be broken, and we didn't like it anyway).  TWS came over, and took measurements  They talked with us about what types of tile would look good in the room,  Then we went to their showroom and they helped us pick out tile.  They were nice to work with and it turned out looking fantastic, a huge improvement over what had been there before.   We have more work to do in a bathroom upstairs and there is a 100% chance we will use them again.  The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the price is that we did not get another quote, so I don't know if it was "great."  I know that the tile we used was small and took 2 guys about 6.5  hours to install, and was very nice tile, so it seems reasonable.   

Tom was thorough and professional throughout the entire process.He is aware of pleasing the customer and did quality work.

Installation of backsplash went very smoothly.  Showed up on time and did a very nice job on installing the backsplash.  We were very pleased with the quality of materials as well as the installation

only got a quote. Very professional.

It went very well and they were always on top of the job.  These guys know their stuff with a long family history of remodeling.  I will use them again and they are the best deal for the money, half of what I would have paid Lowes and much better quality.

I went to Tile With Style after talking with another company about installing a tile kitchen floor at my house.  There were a few issues I had with what type of subfloor would be the best to have tile installed on top of and what height the floor would ultimately turn out to be.  I went into the store and was greeted kindly by the owners.  It was around 4:30 in the afternoon and after talking with them about my floor, they offered to come over to take a look at it and do the measurements for an estimate.              
My husband and I were so pleased and impressed with the owner?s knowledge and experience with tiling kitchen floors.  He gave us clear answers to all of our questions.  (This was something the other company could not do).  When they emailed us the estimate for our floor, it was fair and comparable to other estimates we had received. So, based on the information we gathered and a few other positive recommendations on this company, we hired them.              
We are so glad we chose Tile With Style to tile our kitchen floor.  From the helpful guidance we received at the store, to the patience and kindness given to us throughout the process, we are very pleased with the results.              
Their team of workers, along with the owner?s close guidance, was careful and precise putting in the flooring.  They paid special attention to all of the details and gave us a beautiful tiled kitchen floor!  I would definitely recommend Tile with Style!

The overall experience was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use Tile with Style and Tom (owner, tile expert and primary expert behind the company) again.  Tom and his team were extremely flexible and very easy to work with.  The quality of Tom's work was top notch and I we couldn't be happier with the end product.

The process started with meeting with about six companies to get estimates.  We got recommendations from the web, friends and Angie's List.   We liked what we heard best from Tile with Style and decided to go with them.  They were the most flexible, easiest to work with and had a nice retail store close to the house which was a big bonus.  We liked the fact that they had a retail shop and were invested in the local area.

We met Nancy (Tom's wife) and Luisa (left the company) about 3-4 times to pick out the tile, vanity and other details.  They were very helpful and never rushed along the process.  We signed the contract with Luisa and provided a down payment so that they could order materials, etc.

One of the strengths of Tile with Style, based on our experiences, is overall flexibility.  (in addition to overall quality of work which is just outstanding!)   At the last possible second we decided we wanted to make a fairly significant change to our plan.  After Tom and his small crew (all of the crew members were great too) tore out my old tile, shower, etc...  we called Tom that night and asked if we could make a change to the plan.  We decided that we wanted to basically double the size of our shower including taking out a linen closet.  The next morning Tom called me back and said he could do it for X cost.  After thinking about it for about 15 minutes we decided to move forward with it.  The extra cost included expediting some additional materials but Tom was happy to do it.   We are pleased with new plan and thrilled that Tom and team were willing to make this last minute change!

The bath remodel took about five weeks (including wait time of about 10 days for the new shower glass) and we couldn't be happier with the results.  The bath looks amazing and it is a MAJOR upgrade over what we had and makes the overall house that much more desirable.  Tom's workmanship was first class with incredible attention to detail.  For example, all of the grout lines line-up perfectly from the area around the tub to the floor tile.  Throughout the process Tom offered up minor options regarding how the tile could line-up the tile with window, etc.  Tom was also very open to other minor suggestions that I had during the process as well.  Tom was very easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Another plus with Tile with Style is that they show-up when they say the will and the clean up after themselves.  They are very neat and never leave a mess.  

Overall, if I could give Tile with Style an A+ then I would.  Highly recommended and would definitely use them again which is probably the best endorsement you can give a company.

They had so many selections that depending on one of their employees were important to me. They led right to the passive and found exactly what I wanted at the price point I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to others. I have already recommended them to my friends and they have also felt the same as what I felt.

They are a husband-and-wife team.  They did a beautiful job at a good price.  The work was extremely good.  We have no complaints.  I contacted them for some more work that I wanted done, and I got a quote from them.  I then tried to get in touch with them to discuss it.  The first time I went to the store there was nobody there even though it was business hours.  I waited and waited, but still nobody was there.  Finally I spoke to a woman and got some samples.  I went back and still nobody was there.  I called to see if I could talk to them about the quote that they had given me.  I got there when they said they would be there, but when I reached there nobody was to be seen.  So I just gave up.  It was a frustrating experience.  Tile with Style Inc. is not a really professionally run organization.

They are amazing. They are easy to work with and very flexible. I could not say enough good things about them. We have had work done in our house and they are really good. I could not rate them high enough. We have been showing our bathroom to neighbors. They have done such a good job; we hope they go with them because they are so professional and good at what they do. They are great and very professional at how they work with other contractors.
