This man is a con artist. He is also a pathological liar. he quoted me to repair my fence with 8 fence post and I gave him a deposit plus to replace Landscaping Timbers with rebar. He only replaced 3 post and he repaired my fence with indoor interior dud would that I have to have replaced. the work that he did on the landscape timbers was unsafe. He lied about the cost of the materials he lied about the time he was there several times he said he would show up and did not show up and had excuses. Prior to that. I believed him that his carpender was sick. The man is a con artist and a pathological liar do not hire him for any work whatsoever.

First of all, Mario Sanchez is dishonest and not standing on his words. He over promises and under delivers the services. The punctuality and the communication is the worst. I hired in the second week of April and he said he would do it within a week, but the work was done at the end of May. I had to follow up thousands of times and every time he delayed the work, he came up with some reasons and excuses which were unbelievable. NOTE: He still hasn't finished some of the work as per the contract

Mario Sanchez and his dad were very quick to respond to my request and did an excellent job installing the pine straw.  I made a request for service at 2:45pm and they arrived and completed the job that same day!  The quality of the pine straw is excellent -  some of the freshest and cleanest NC long-needle straw I have ever seen. I will use them in the future for other lawn care services.
