Had work done on my Mercedes GL450. When I went to pick the vehicle up i noticed they had damaged a panel on the door, and the moulding. I pointed it out, and Joe assured me he will make it right. Its been 2 months, and all we get are empty promises.

Insurance claim,all went very smoothly.

A deer jumped out in front of me. It clipped the headlight cover, creased and dented the hood, and dented the A-pillar. It also broke the windshield, but Haddock didn't replace it for me. I had to jump my girlfriend's car before it went in and the hood gouged a corner of the quarter panel before I realized that was a danger.
Haddock was recommended to me as a Audi certified shop by Audi Cary. Turned out they were and quot;in networkand quot; for my insurance.
They had my car two weeks. They posted photos to the insurance and quot;hows it doingand quot; web site daily.
The car came back looking like new. They replaced the headlight, hood, hood hinges, and the quarter panel. They bondo-ed the dent in the A-pillar, because there's just no way to get behind it and it is part of the larger body of the car. The paint job on that was really good. I think I can see where the blend happened, but I'm not completely sure exactly.
The only two issues were that the headlight wasn't aimed right, it was way too low, and the keyless entry sensors on the door handles didn't work on either side so I actually had to use the keyfob to get in the car. #firstworldproblems
I would have deducted for this, but when I called Billy said to bring it back any time, and they'd fix it while I wait. I showed up next morning, and they had my car back to me and working 100% in less than 45 minutes. The headlight is aimed spot on now, and the keyless entry works fine.
Haddock said the work was worth about 4 grand, which is what I put the details above. But I paid just my $500 deductible. Haddock took care of all the insurance stuff, I just had to show up, give them the car, and pay them the deductible, and sign a couple of places.
Very happy overall with this otherwise sucky experience.

I went to Haddock on the recommendation of my insurance agent, after someone dented my driver's side door. It was a purely cosmetic fix. They replaced the metal body piece to the door, and repainted it along with the front fender--I was told the front fender needed to be done in order for the paint to look right. The results were quite good, you can't tell the thing was ever damaged, and my car has a pearl speckled-type finish which they matched close enough that I can't tell a difference. I got two other estimates from other shops and Haddock was the highest by a good margin, but I wanted good results and had heard good reviews about their work.
My only complaint is that they re-used some plastic clips that hold the bottom cover to the front air dam, and the thing came off while my wife was driving on the highway. Those clips--being plastic--are one-time use so they should have been replaced. To their credit, I took the car back and they replaced the cover and clips at no additional cost

It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, and to schedule a time to bring the car to the shop. The job looks great, and cost at least $100 less than other estimates.

I was very pleased. They were very professional and made the experience easy on me. They coordinated everything with my insurance company and had everything organized. They did a great job on the repair and had it done ahead of schedule. They kept me in the loop about the status of the repair. When I had a very minor problem afterwards, they made it right immediately. There is also a rental car place in the same building which made it very easy to coordinate. Their estimate was higher than some other shops I visited for estimates, but that was due to a difference of opinion about whether a part needed to be replaced or not.
