They were very professional, timely, and did a thorough job.   I would not hesitate to use them again.

First time using them. Liked their eco-friendly approach. Three-person crew: one person worked really hard, one had been out late and clearly didn't want to be here, all were friendly. Overall, cleaning was not thorough (powdered detergent on floor in laundry area not vacuumed, surfaces felt gritty --Bon Ami is great, but you need to rinse well, mirrors smeary, lamp shades dusty, shower glass dirty; asked them to redo the shower glass, but it still didn't look clean (other cleaners have made it shine). I use nontoxic products myself with better results. There was no enthusiasm or sense that they wanted to make me a regular client. I would've called them to discuss the job, but when I began looking around, there were just too many things that were missed and I ended up feeling that it was all a waste of time. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but the owner knew I wanted to find someone to come on a regular basis, so I would've expected more.

They were very good. They were thorough and did a good job. They were very nice to deal with. They were promptly there after I called them. They were readily available. The price was reasonable.

We have had Green Enviro Maids clean our house twice before: once in February of 2010 when we were moving in, and once in October of 2011 for touch up. We could not be happier with Javier and his employees, and we would not have anyone else clean our home.
I called Javier the week of July 9th for a housecleaning and scheduled a visit for Tuesday July 17th at 3:00. Javier and three colleagues arrived at 2:30 on the 17th and got to work immediately. Our house has an upstairs workout area (wooden catwalk) above a foyer space, with three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a bathtub, while the two other bedrooms have showers. There is also a small bathroom off the kitchen, and a laundry room. Javier and his colleagues cleaned every area, as they always do, wonderfully. They clean behind and under everything, wiping down the windows and dusting on top of everything as well. Anything they find (there is sometimes a spare article of clothing or two under the bed) is always neatly folded in plain sight. The sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen are all sparkling, the toilets are gleaming, and the floors are clean from wall to wall.
Green Enviro Maids provide all their own materials and supplies, all of which are safe and effective. The house smells clean, but not chemically so. The entire staff are professional in appearance and behavior; very friendly and businesslike. You will not be disappointed with their work. We look forward to having them come back every time.

We hired Green Enviro Maids to clean our 1800 square foot home in Pittsboro. Our home has a lot of vintage and reclaimed wood trim, from the windowsills to the doors to an enclosed half bath. Our floors are polished concrete with a hardwood foyer inset in the center of the house. The central foyer of the house is two stories high, with a wooden walkway (around an open center) serving as a half-second floor.It was a little hard to get in touch with Javier at first, but we found that "no news is good news." The reason he had not called back was because the time we had requested was available. After having them out to the house, we realized they probably had a good reason for not calling back immediately: they are likely in high demand!

The cleaning crew arrived ten minutes early for their appointment and left after just over two hours, which was the quoted time. The price for the cleaning was as we had agreed. They used environmentally sound products as they advertise on their website, and were very thorough. They began at the top and worked down, dusting our light fixtures and wooden catwalks, then moving down to gather up the high dust they had dislodged and cleaning the rest of the house. They cleaned the windows on the inside, and the glass on the doors inside and outside. They swept the floors carefully and mopped, going behind and under furniture. They moved our bed away from the wall to clean behind it, even taking the headboard off the wall where it was mounted to clean behind it as well. All light fixtures were dusted, all corners were cleaned, and all of our metal and porcelain shone when they were done. They made the bed after they had finished in the bedroom, and even found a watch we'd thought was lost!

We had hired Green Enviro Maids in February of 2010 to clean this house before we moved in, and we were very pleased to see that the price for the cleaning remained the same despite there being furniture in the house now. We were so pleased with the quality and price of their work that we have decided to use their services more regularly. We hired them for an annual deep cleaning, but we're thinking that biannual or even quarterly would be better. Quite simply: we wouldn't hire anyone else to clean our house.
