Cliff discussed the quality and custom cutting of the particular pork chops I was seeking for a particular way of cooking them. Cliff directed a member of his meat cutting staff which pork loin to cut and where to cut it. The meat cutter then cut the exact thickness I specified.
I have been shopping meats from Cliff's as long as I've been in the area. Every time the meat is the best, the cuts are excellent and exactly as requested. Special services or cuts I've requested have never cost extra.
When I've requested a special cut for an event coming up, Cliff always got the product and provided the exact cuts on schedule.
Cliff's staff is courteous, and skilled.
