John was extremely professional and provide the necessary communication for the job that was done.  We had one damaged panel of screening on our porch, approximately a 10 ft X 4 ft section and the storm door was not hanging and shutting properly.  He came out and looked at the job, took measurements and gave us a quotation.  We were not in a huge hurry, so we gave him our time frame and he scheduled our job around other jobs he had in process.  He purchased all materials for the job and they were included in the quotation.  He came out a couple of times because of some hardware on the door was not correct due to the door being about 14 years old.  He did everything and more than what was asked.  There were a couple of rips in the screening on the door, but they were smaller, but John replaced that screen as well, at no additional cost to us.  The door closure and hardware was better than the original.  These were not big jobs, but in this area there are a lot of second/vacation homes as was the case with us and having a good, reliable handyman to keep things going is very important.  We will definitely use John again for the things that come up that we either can't do or don't want to do when we are on vacation.

It went very well . I BOUGHT WATER HEATER AND JOHN SULLIVAN INSTALLED IT. TOUGH JOB AS HEATER IS STUCK IN A CLOSET AND HE MANAGED TO REMOVE OLD AND INSTALL NEW. HEATER WORKS VERY WELL HAD HIM INSTALL A WATER FILTER BEFORE THE HEATER THIS HAS BEEN CHANGED AS THE WATER IS MURKY. WOULD USE JOHN AGAIN..

John has performed many services for us.  He is a skilled carpenter, electrician and plumber.
