handyman service
+ -1 moreHe only wants to be paid in cash. His prices have consistently gone up, and the quality of work has declined. He has got an attitude. I had to have him redo prep areas repeatedly. He wasn't always prompt. I wouldn't use him again if he was the last handyman on earth.
Description of Work: Mike Rodgers has been my handyman. He painted the trim on the front porch, and around the windows and a couple of doors
