Professional, prompt, courteous, responded to my calls or texts quickly, explained his work in detail and pictures. Would give a 5 for value but I don't have a cost comparison with other vendors. But he did everything we talked about in the quoted price range, without surprises. I would hire him again and will refer him to others.

When Antonio says he will arrive at 11:00 a.m., he arrives at 11:00 a.m. He is very courteous and polite. He knows his business of repairing roof leaks. He does a very thorough inspection to make his estimate of cost to repair. He offers alternatives when appropriate. He explains what he is going to do, and he does exactly that, or more. It has not rained since he did my repairs, but I have confidence his efforts will result favorably.
