They took their time and every window was crystal clear! The men were friendly and prompt.

The crew even cleaned places I didn't know were dirty. Have already recommended them to the contractor who did most of my remodeling over the years. They cleaned the house top to bottom and now it just shines. They all worked very hard and never took a break.

Provider kept changing the time. Actually cleaning of walls and floors was unsatisfactory. The rest of the house was spotless. Would hire for normal cleaning but not heavy duty.

Only problems were two butterflies of my wind chimes broke, and den window sill got missed. Otherwise, beautiful job.

Very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to take on a job with VERY short notice. Not as impressed with the fact that floors were cleaned with a Swiffer and I saw dirt in some corners around the baseboards. For the price of this cleaning, I would have expected a more thorough floor treatment, and the fact that I bought this as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law was a little embarrassing.

I was very pleased with the professional and detailed job that was completed. The house, especially the bathroom was in need of extra care and they rose to the occasion.

The rug had been in a smoker's home and was given to my son for use in his apartment; it reeked of smoke, and the fringe was very dirty. The person who answered the phone turned out to be the person who did the cleaning. He explained everything, and got my agreement on service and price. Because it was an oriental rug, he had to take care not to use a bleaching agent on the fringe which might harm the dyes in the rug itself. Although he was unable to get the fringe completely clean, given the original condition, he did a great job, very quickly.

Nicole was extremely helpful to come over (on a weekend within 24 hours of being contacted) to first provide an evaluation of the cost of providing a thorough cleaning to my sister's home and making suggestions to expedite what we decided upon. She was very caring and most cooperative to provide what we needed. Her staff was most pleasant and competent in doing a complete cleaning of the house from ceiling to floor and all in between....the mildew in the shower stall was scrubbed away and the tiles sparkle... they are so clean! Extremely satisfied with Above andBeyond...the name speaks volumes about the quality you will receive!

girl that did bathroom was great...the 2 that did kitchen not so...missed grease around handle of stove and were giggling too much to remember that i didnt want stove coil tins thrown out...not wasting time trying to wash pitted metal chrome,to where they didnt get to wash kitchen floor...had to re hire them for next day...otherwise good service
