THIS CO. TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO CONPLETE THE JOB. THE SIDING WAS NOT INSALLED CORECTLY AS WELL AS THE GUTTER WERE NOT. WHEN IT RAINED THE RAIN FROM THE ROOF RUNS OFF BETWEEN THE GUTTER AND THE ROOF. AND WHEN THE WIND BLOWS THE SIDING RATTELS. AND THE WRAP ON THE WINDOWS IN LESS THEN A YEAR, HAS CAME LOOSE AND FELL OFF. AND THIS CO. WAS CALLED ABOUT THIS AND NEVER DID ANYTHING TO CORRECT IT!!!!

Greg from RGR construction came out to give us an estimate for deck plans that we had already designed. Once we received the estimate we went to see a deck that the sub-contractor he was going to use for the project had built. Greg spent time going over in detail the support system that would be used for the deck. Once we set a date for the project to begin we were told it would take 2 weeks. However, digging the holes for the support took longer than expected and not all of the carpenters that were originally scheduled for the job were available to do the job. So the process started with the one sub-contractor and a laborer. That was kind of disappointing because it took longer than expected. However, once we talked to Greg and explained that we were planning on having a party for labor day he brought in more guys to help and even had them work on Saturday to ensure that the majority of the deck would be finished for the party. We very much appreciated his hard work to ensure that we would be able to have the party. We were very impressed that Greg showed up everyday to check the progress of the deck and to make sure that we were completely happy. Anything we had problems with (a few minor things) he made sure that they were corrected to meet our expectations. Overall we were very happy with the quality of work.
