They removed the porch and utility room. Then constructed a new rewired and insulated wash room. Replaced support beams 4"x4" with 6"x6" treated beams, floored entire area. They then proceeded to build 12'x24' deck, with railings, and enclose an area 12'x12' with latice, screening and metal roofing. Circuit breaker, electric lights and recepticals were also installed. All debris was removed promptly. In addition, the men removed an old out building, cleaned the gutters and dropped some tree limbs, without being asked. Even though rain had been a stopper, the work was finished in four weeks. I would recommend these two workers to anyone.
