 + -1 moreI have a Dell Inspiron 8200 Model No PP01X an old laptop computer, which runs Windows XP. The bios on the computer was in error and the computer needed reinstallation of the operating system due to sever problems. Since I only use the computer for special cases, I did not want to purchase a new one. cliff fixed the bios and reloaded the operating system onto the laptop. The computer is working like a charm and I am very happy with it's performance. Even though he is my son I can attest to the fact that he is an excellent computer repairman. I have witnessed his technical expertise firsthand and have witnessed his expertise with other customers who were as happy the outcome as I am.
