Larry Pierce Lawn/Landscaping

I hired Larry Pierce to cut my lawn every other week. Debbie told me which day would be my first cut. They came 4 days late, without contacting me. The next cut they were only 1 day late, but the didn't blow our walkway or any of our mulched areas. Larry assured me that he likes to leave the yards looking "manicured", but mine certainly didn't look manicured. The next cut was shortly after a hurricane came through. My area only got less than 1 inch of rain, so it shouldn't have been a big deal. When they were 2 days late, I texted to ask when they were coming. She said they would be there the next day. My yard looked horrible, so I texted again the following evening when they didn't show up and decided to cancel my service. That's when Debbie got nasty in her texts to me. I've attached pictures of her responses I would NOT recommend using this company.
