They sent in the "Big Dawg" from the service department to Hard Sell me. Said I needed new brake pads IMMEDIATELY and I needed new tires. Went on to explain to me they could do the brake job and that Ford sold tires. Wow! I would have never guessed that! Don't think women are stupid because we are NOT. I went to a Master Mechanic to have my brake pads checked and he said they looked like new. My tires are fine because I just had my car inspected. I will never go back there for an oil change.

They will never call you when they say they will.

I had been searching for a new car for a while and had test drove everything but the Fusion, I had a feeling I would love it. Mike and Dan were very helpful in getting me into my wonderful car. They actually sold the car I wanted to look at the day I went to the dealership, someone beat me to it! However, I got to test drive an identical model and they immediately found one the could get in for me soon that was the color and model I wanted. They spent a lot of time making sure we got the best deal and never once got irritated at my indecisiveness on making the purchase. We were there on a Thursday evening until at least 30 minutes after they actually closed but they still continued to answer my questions to help me feel confident in the car they would be ordering would be the exact one I wanted since I was nervous about bringing one to the lot for me to purchase that I had never really seen. When they received the car two days later it was perfect and just detailed when we arrived! Mike spent a lot of time going over all the ins and outs of the car, teaching us everything we may need to know about it (I swear it's still smarter than me). I've received follow up and thank you emails and calls, but not to the extent where it gets annoying. I feel confident in the fact that if I ever have a question or concern about my car that they will there to help, just as they say the will.
