Amazing company and people. Installed a Sump Pump in basement. Kevin Long the Dry Pro System Design Specialist said their crew could install the system in 4 hours which I thought was impossible. However, Chinno, Adan and Noah arrived on time and completed the work in less than 4 hours with impeccable installation quality and cleanliness. These guys know what they are doing and are real professionals. The system and service exceeds all expectations. Even their service truck was neat! Highly recommended.

It was awesome. It was very good. They came out and suggested the solutions. We work on schedule and everything got done. I was very pleased.

The technicians were fantastic. They finished work ahead of schedule. The team had to pump more fill than they had estimated but the cost stayed the same as what was quoted.

My property had a terrible moisture problem for years and developed mold and rot of the entire floor system. I selected the proposal from Dry Pro (about a year ago) The total cost was about $35,000 and I was very happy with the work done. I gave them an "A" at the time. I am still happy with the work but now very unhappy with their business practices. I received an email recently advising that the annual maintenance was due on the dehumidifier at a cost of $125. I advised that I would prefer to do the maintenance myself and inquired as to the cost of the filter that needed to be replaced periodically. I was told that they would not sell the filters without purchasing the annual maintenance! As far as I can tell the filter (similar to a furnace filter) is a proprietary size that is not readily available elsewhere. After multiple inquiries they finally agreed to sell a filter but were not allowed to sell more than one at a time at a cost of $37.54?? What?? Seems to me to be an unreasonable leverage to essentially force customers to pay their "annual maintenance" fee whether it is wanted or not .. either pay for the annual maintenance or be saddled with a $1500 dehumidifier that you can't readily get filters for. Not a happy camper

Extremely well. Communication with company prior to the job was very good and without any need for calls or questions. Peripheral drains and sump pump installed quickly and efficiently, workers were all professional; arrived on time and finished the job when estimated; afterwards basement was dry and no further leaks, even tiny ones. Basement low spot and drain direction was expertly determined and drain trays placed under jack-hammered peripheral troughs, then covered smoothly with cement; sump pump works wonderfully. Cleanup was complete and

went very well, very professional with fast response and courteous nice workers.

WOW! If I would have ever imagined it would be this easy and look this good I would have had it done long ago! I had talked to several folks before but when I talked to my sales rep, Maddison my concerns were laid to rest. Maddison addressed all of my concerns, many before I even asked them, and offered me visuals that I really needed. My technicians, Rodney & Cody were beyond super! They were very concerned that my floor be as perfect as they could make it. They were actually concerned that their personal reputation was directly reflected in the work! How long since you have ever seen that pride in a craftsman’s work? I built my house 28 years ago and Rodney & Cody are be BEST workers that have EVER worked on my house! Dry Pro came out quickly and gave a competitive estimate. Buyer backed out of the sale, so we did not use them in the end, but their knowledge and professionalism warranted a review.

The crew (John Webster, Ryan Alley, & Jacob Sanchez) were on-time, friendly, and efficient. It was clear that the scope of the project was well communicated and planned. They communicated their progress and set realistic expectations as far as leveling results and any potential cosmetic cracking that may occur. They took great care to ensure that no significant cracking occurred! The crew even cleaned out some debris that was left from a previous contractor and was sure to sweep the driveway before leaving. We are thrilled with not only with the results, but with the entire process. Dealing with contractors can be stressful, but DryPro made it easy. I will definitely recommend DryPro to friends and I will probably be calling again soon for some additional work!

Very impressed with the work that Foreman Oscar Corwin and team Member Antonio did. I know the work was very hard but they worked very hard to make sure that all was done in a very professional manner. They made sure that I understood the process. Patrick did a great job on the outside door entrance to the crawlspace. Job well done by everyone. Mike Boatman was just great to work with and made a special trip to explain the process to our Parsonage and Trustee Committee. The electrician was great also and did the work in a timely manner. The salesman mislead the work that was to be performed we based our choice on all companies providing a French drain even had the question in an e mail all other bids had French drain this was not what was provided. made statements to our questions that we found out was not all true asked how long take to get results reducing our moisture reading after installed told it would take 6 weeks. The salesman was informed first day I was upset with being mislead he has yet to reach out to me. asked several times if Angie's list had 11 % discount and our scope work much more why they would not offer a 11% discount. Total space was 1268 square feet the total cost was $7600.00 we did not pick the cheapest like reviews on dry pro the crew was GREAT it was being mislead by salesmen that leaves bad taste in ones mouth

I contacted Dry-Pro to assess and provide an estimate for foundation repair, My home is on a slab and several cracks had appeared in doorways. A significant crack ran along a stairway. I was mailed a packet of material that explained various problems and remedies regarding foundation issues. David Smith, Inspector, met with me, assessed the issues, explained a patented product Dry-Pro uses called PolyLevel, and later that day emailed an estimate and a diagram of the project. His approach was educational and there were no high pressure sales gimmicks. The project was scheduled and Jeff,(Foreman) and Wes arrived on time. They were very professional in appearance and behavior. They reviewed the project with me as they walked it out and prepared the material. They worked efficiently and they were not intrusive. They answered all my questions respectfully and thoroughly. As they worked, I heard them exclaim to one another how good the results were. They were genuinely proud of their work, their skill, and their company. David Smith came by during the project and inspected the work and insured my satisfaction. .I could not be more pleased with the results. The cracks sealed to the degree that most are essentially invisible. There were no surprises except I found that the banister that had been loose was now tight and secure and a toilet that was loose (had wax rings replaced twice) was instantly tight and can no longer be budged. I am delighted! This was the easiest, most efficient, most professionally conducted project, I have ever had completed on my home. I highly recommend Dry-Pro for the education they provide, their professionalism, and the quality of their work!!!

This would have been an easy situation to make even a small sell, but that is not what happened. Mark Steiner came out and evaluated the crawl space and concluded that we did not have a problem. He went further to say that he would be willing to speak with any prospective buyers.

They drilled holes in the drive to inject the polymer to lift the section, along with sealing cracks and holes to prevent future problems. Madison, Jeff, Kelvin, and Wes communicated what they were doing and what to expect from start to finish. They were on-time, courteous, welcomed questions, and professional. The leveling work gave me the results they described. While their price was a bit more expensive, their work and customer focus was worth it.
