Verizon turned the towers- so they reduced the signal of cell phone service in to my area and put it to some place else. They try but they don't try hard enough; they are concentrating in the cities verses the outskirts.

I like their accessibility but they're expensive. Their quality and professionalism is okay. I will continue to use them in the future.

I am very happy with them. The cell phone service never drops and so you can talk to anybody anywhere anytime compared to other people's experiences. I have been with them for five and a half years. I think that they could do a better job of having responses available with the first person you talk with rather than being shuttled around. They are fine and I would continue to use them in the future.
