+ -1 moreI give them an A plus for their professionalism. My agent calls me, emails me and keeps me up to date. He found landscapers to landscape the front of the house and to clean up the yard. I had to have an oil tank removed because it was leaking and he put me in contact with someone they work with to do that. He oversees because I am out of town and tells me weather they did a good job or not.
Description of Work: They take care of my property. They charge me a standard real estate rate of 6 percent of the sale. I have a 6 months contract with them.
