I was in need of a new mattress and foundation. After researching the department stores and other mattress stores, I stopped by their showroom, found a set that I liked and made my purchase. Since the set is "made to order", I received my set within about 2 weeks. Since they make their own products, he could also make adjustments to the height of the foundation and tweak the firmness. I've been very satisfied!

We shopped a chain mattress store first and were overwhelmed with all the choices and the pressure tactics of the sales person. She was well informed; it's not that she didn't do her job. But choosing a mattress in an hour or so is tough. We felt pressured. We had the address of Colton Mattress, a local Asheville firm, with us so stopped there on the way home. Colton displays a broad selection of styles and firmness; the assistance was superb; and we are now very satisfied with the and quot;satisfaction guarantee.and quot; Our replacement mattress will be delivered this week. No high pressure to keep the first one we purchased, AND we like the idea of buying local!
