Description of Work: They built a custom mattress for me. The staff listened to my needs and did not pressure me into buying. I found them helpful without being overbearing. When I went back to place my order, the staff was again very attentive and made sure my order was correct. Delivery was on time and I am very happy with the product.

Description of Work: Purchased King Size mattress and box spring to replace 15 year old Sleep Number set. Very helpful and informative in the store. No pressure to buy. Delivery was as promised. Delivery staff were efficient and very careful. They took away the old set as well. Love our new mattress. Very good quality and comfortable to sleep on. Very pleased.
