 + -1 moreThe first two cleanings intailed an extra $25 charge to do extra top to bottom cleaning. The first cleaning was excellent, the second only fair. The third cleaing was poor and Mr. Miller refunded our $. The fourth cleaning where he sent an "experienced" good crew was only fair with many items not completed. Plus a vintage jug was broken. When the cleaning crew is new, young and inexperienced you get a hit and miss job done. The cleaners were mostly in training and their supervision was lacking. While the program sounds good with a great presentation, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.
Description of Work: This company is now known as THE CLEANING SOLUTION owned by Dennis MillerWhile Dennis was very prompt and offered a complete cleaning package. the service provided was not good.
