House Cleaning
They have cleaned my home well enough for the past several months and
just disappeared without any message. Phone is disconnected and email
acct is shut down.

Their services was not good. They broked things in our house. My overall experience with them was not good.

The first two cleanings intailed an extra $25 charge to do extra top to bottom cleaning. The first cleaning was excellent, the second only fair. The third cleaing was poor and Mr. Miller refunded our $. The fourth cleaning where he sent an "experienced" good crew was only fair with many items not completed. Plus a vintage jug was broken. When the cleaning crew is new, young and inexperienced you get a hit and miss job done. The cleaners were mostly in training and their supervision was lacking. While the program sounds good with a great presentation, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.
