Mr Rodriguez came to my home and gave me an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. He measured and looked at several boards that needed replacing. He promptly called the next day with a very resonable estimate so I scheduled a day for him to do the work.
The crew arrived promptly on time and worked very hard. They completed all the sanding and applied a coat of stain the first day. They replaced several stained and rotten boards also. They returned as promised the following two days and applied poly coats.

The floors turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Rodriguez flooring. They did exactly what they said, worked hard for a reasonable rate and did a beautiful job.

We were very please with the work, the crew and the results.  Francisco's estimate covered the work to be done and the potential for replacing the subfloor.  We knew that there had been leaking onto the floor years ago. 
The crew of 3-5 workers arrived promptly each day and worked steadily with only a 30 min. lunch break.  They thouroughly cleaned up at the end of each work day, including vacuuming the work areas. 
Several potential issues were discussed before the work started so we had no surprises. 
On day one Francisco and his crew removed and hauled away old carpeting, Pergo-type flooring and particle board in our front entry, hall, den and 3 closets. They then installed 1/2 inch plywood subflooring over our existing 1/2 inch plywood which had some areas of old water damage. On day two they installed hardwood flooring over a moisture barrier and began the trim and finish work. There was a lot of detail work involved with 3 closets and a stone fireplace to work around.   One of the workers carved the flooring to fit the irregular shapes of the rocks so that there was a snug fit.  We were very impressed with this as other company estimates were going to lay the board and fill grouting in the gaps. 
The work was finished in 2 1/2 days. 
We would definitely hire Rodriguez Flooring again in the future.

The guy was very punctual.  His price seemed pretty reasonable.  I haven’t got another one to compare it against.  He was very nice.  I did have to reschedule due to his schedule once, but he contacted me ahead of time and notified me.  He came here when he was supposed to come here.  He was a very efficient, professional and a nice guy.  It was a good experience.  I would consider using him in the future.

Being an office building, the job was scheduled for 7 AM Sunday morning.  The first day, perhaps they were 15 minutes late.  I have used them on 2 or 3 separate occasions, and usually, they are very prompt.  By 10 AM the floor was getting its first coat of water based finish.   Can I say more?   I have dealt with other floor refinishing companies and it takes days to get the job done.  With this company, there are plenty of men getting the job done very swiftly and professionally.

We tore up 2 layers of moldy carpet/padding and vinyl and found a 90 yr old red oak floor. It was a total mess; adhesive, scratches, bad stains, mildew etc. and thought it was not salvageable. After 2 unanswered calls to other large businesses, we found this business on Angie's list.  Mr. Rodriguez returned our call promptly and scheduled an estimate the next day.  We worked our schedules out around each other - nice to have a little flexibility. Arrived to work on time with a few employees who took great care to seal the room off with plastic and protect everything from the dust. Sanded thoroughly, including in a really awkward closet,  and made an exact color match to the stain on the floors in the rest of the house. Came the next 2 (or 3?) days for the final coats, each one lasting about 20 minutes. In and out. The floor is amazing with no indication of the damages that were there. He offered to haul off all the remnants and mess for a fair fee. Final cost was the same as the estimate. They were also careful getting their equipment in and out of the house.  We will hire him again if we refinish other floors.

Excellent. Floor looks great. This was an oak floor in an older house that had been painted and carpeted. Needless to say, it needed a lot of sanding to remove the paint and prepare it for the finish. I would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time for estimate and finishing work. Did an excellent job, stain was even and finish was smooth. Had one small area that had previous water damage and they came back and got it to blend in so well that you can't tell there was ever any damage.

It went exactly as described, they told me how long they would be there, how much it would cost, exactly how it would go etc. they did exactly what they said they would do and were alot cleaner than i thought the process would be.

The work was excellent, and the floors look brand new. They taped plastic sheeting over the doors leading to the rest of the house, and it did keep out the dust. Our stove had been moved away from the wall to install some ceramic tile, and when we moved the stove back, it revealed that a small portion of the floor had not been treated. Francisco himself came out on a Sunday to do the repair. Our house is on the market, and several viewers have commented on the floor.

They worked diligently and paid strict attention to detail. They are highly skilled, polite and professional. They did a thorough clean-up every day and would lock up if I had to leave. I had to go out of town during the process and felt comfortable leaving them a key to complete the work. I was amazed when I returned. The floors looked like new. My neighbors said that even in my absence, they came and left on schedule. The quality of the work is outstanding. I really didn't think the kitchen floor -with dried adhesive and holes- could be salvaged, but it has been restored to perfection. The stain and refinishing is amazing. Francisco said he does two coats of urethane -with light sanding between coats- instead of the standard one coat and it really makes a difference.
