In this post-COVID environment, we have experienced many delays and cancellations for things like furniture, a hot tub, and ... our new garage doors. When we moved into our new home, one of the first things we wanted to do was replace the worn-out garage doors. So I did a little research and called Magnolia Garage Doors. Justin came out promptly, explained the options, and to his credit, mentioned that there would be a long lead time. We ordered the doors and openers. He was correct about the long lead time. We chatted when the estimated lead time grew and he was very frank about the situation. He was very good about returning calls promptly and never made excuses or bad-mouthed his distributor/supplier. Finally, the doors arrived and he scheduled installation for the next day. At this point I should say that during my career I installed quite a few garage doors myself and worked with installers on many other overhead doors, mostly in a corporate setting. Justin's work was the best of any. The doors and openers work smoothly and quietly. With the opener disconnected I can raise and lower the fairly heavy insulated steel garage doors with minimal effort - they are very well balanced. To summarize, Jason is a highly-experienced craftsman who is a very good communicator, respectful of our property, tidy, and affable. We have already highly recommend him to neighbors in need of a new garage door.

Technician arrived late due to a dispatch error. He went to the right address but in the wrong city. There are about 11 similar addresses within 50 miles of my home. Otherwise all went well.
