They do everything well. I have been going to them for years.

The first appointment resulted in only tire balancing and rotation being needed while the technician also identified cabin air and engine air filter replacement needs that were able to be met cost efficiently. The second appointment involved tire rotation, suspension inspection, tire evaluation and alignment. The work performed was comprehensive and timely and resulted in identification of a wearing drive belt. In both instances, the professionalism and expertise of the service advisor, Jeremy, was very much in evidence.

I usually go to another company to get my tires mounted, but they were so bad this time that I had to go somewhere quick. I was able to drop off my car have all 4 tires replaced and rotated in one hour. they also were so friendly and nice that they found me a center piece for my rims that broke off during the rotation.

They were really conscientious about getting the diagnosis accurate and spent close to 45 minutes testing the car. They needed it to 'act up' on them to make a firm diagnosis. It demonstrated to me that they weren't going to make a guess and then hold me responsible for the charges which may not have fixed the problem.
I've worked with them for years and find the technicians to be very nice and hard-working. The service advisors, especially Billy, are just great.

These guys are great. Their pricing is competitive, and the service is excellent. They have performed service on my cars and my in-laws' cars on several occasions. I was impressed by their communication before, during, and after the repair was complete.

Con't from above....After taking my truck to have the second opinion, come to find out that someone at Firestone/Long Shoals Rd. had Stripped out one of the spark plug holes in the cylinder head. Firestone people at this location was trying to pass my truck by to me advising me that my engine had a bad cylinder in it. I had to have the cylinder bored out and sleeve by the another company and Firestone Long Shoals Rd had to pay the repair cost. $550.00+) I have been taking my car's and truck's to this location for many years, having all the services done, buying new tires etc. and they do this to me., to say I was upset is a major understandment. Their is more to this story, but I will leave it up to each person to do what they feel is the best for them and where they would take there cars for service. As I told the General Manager at this location, never again will I have service done on my cars and trucks at this Firestone Store location. Can no longer trust them!

I have used them in the past. They're open seven days a week. They usually provide a pretty quick service at a fair price. I haven't had any issues since my last service. When people ask me where to get their auto serviced, I tell them there because I haven't had any bad experience with them.

Great as always. We've been buying tires and having brakes serviced by them for the past 6 years.

It went fine and they corrected the alligement on three tires.

It went great. Did work in timely manner and for a decent price. Also called to make sure they could replace cabin filter and wiper blades.

We took our cars in to get snow tires on the front. They checked the alignment on the first car and it was out of wack

so they did the alignment and they matched the quote another mechanic gave me. They quoted it at 79 but then they matched the price of 69 from another mechanic. I didn't really want to get the alignment done bc I just had in my mind we wouldn't be paying more than what the snow tires, installation, and service plan for the tires cost, but I figured it ws good to get fixed. I figured they were honest about it and not just trying to sell me on something else bc when they checked the second car, they said the alignment was fine. It took a little while, but not too long. I went in at 9 and they were done with both cars by 2pm (after I ran home and got the second one).

They were nice and they let me know about another problem we had with our rooters that I already had arrangements to get fixed, and they didn't try to talk me into getting it fixed there. Their waiting area is alright and they have coffee and a tv that they let you change if you want to. The waiting area is a little small, but not too bad.

They were the only company around us that had snow tires for our make and model of car, so we really didn't have a choice, but they turned out to do a great job and now we feel good about driving in the snow. I didn't like that it cost 700 bucks for tires, 1 alignment, and the extended warrenty guarantee, but I think it would have been that much most places, and we were prepared to pay more bc snow tires just cost a lot.

They said that they charge 15 per tire to change the tire from the snow tires back to the regular tire, but I wish that the change out fee was free since we got the snow tires at that location.

I would go back again for tires. They were professional and easy to work with.

I've always had a good experience with them. I will continue using this company in the future.

I had them do a change on the oil and rotate the tires. I've gone to them for many things over the years because they've always been good to me. I've been a longtime customer of theirs and I'll continue to be.
