First they called and said it was fully covered. Then approximately a month later they called and said they would not cover anything! Numerous calls and e-mails have gone unanswered.
The leather is totally worn, the furniture faded though not in the sun, the seams are all coming loose, It is an embarrassment to have this furture in our beautiful home . I have pictures if needed.

"(member name removed) purchased the 48103 recliner, sofa, and loveseat and was delivered 3-27-2007. The (member name removed)’s also purchased a 5 year extended warranty. Including delivery the total invoice was $2209.00. On 1-26-2012, two months prior to the warranty expiration, the (member name removed)’s called and reported concerns with the leather on the sofa and loveseat. A technician went to the (member name removed)’s home for a warranty inspection with photographs 2-3-2012. The photographs showed cracking and peeling leather. Customer service left a message for the (member name removed) asking them to call about the warranty inspection. 2-21-2012 customer service spoke with (member name removed) and let him know the claim was denied for two reasons: the White Glove Warranty specifically excludes leather cracking and peeling, and it was apparent from the photographs that the concerns were not reported within 5 days of noticing the concern as required by the warranty. During another conversation with (member name removed) on 2-27-2012 he requested to speak with the store manager and the store owner. Both the general manager and the owner spoke with the (member name removed) in late February and early March of 2012 and reiterated the reasons for the denial as stated above. As of 3-19-2012 the claim was closed. The (member name removed)’s five year warranty expired 3-27-2012. An email from the (member name removed) dated 3-18-2013 is the first contact between Ashley Furniture Homestore in Arden, NC and the (member name removed) in the last year. As the claim was denied in March of 2012 and the warranty expired 3-27-2012, there is nothing further Ashley Furniture of Arden, NC or White Glove Warranty can do.
