The quality of the work was excellent as far as we can tell, and communication was always quick and responsive. The negotiations around price were always difficult though, and a small bill for labor was generated after the project was completed that I didn't expect . Be aware that their upcharge for equipment is substantial and they refuse to install equipment you might purchase elsewhere. They claim this is standard practice for the industry, but I have no way of knowing if that's true.

I would recommend them without any reservation. I only dealt with one of the guys there. They did an outstanding work. They came and spent an entire day at my house without charge straightening things out. They came back and did some work. Their rates were reasonable and they did a good job. They knew what they were doing. It is hard tom find that in this area.

Robbie showed up on time, was professional and courteous. He took time to answer all of my questions--I ask a lot--and didn't mind me watching him work. All work was neat, and confirmed for operation before he left.
