Very good.

I had a little trouble getting them on the phone, and getting a specific time for their arrival, but otherwise Mark's workers did an excellent job power washing the deck, and staining it on their second visit, as they always have. The crew even left me some extra stain for touch up. I would continue to use Superior Powerwashing when my deck needs a refresh.

Very well...pleased with the work and will be hiring the company again.

Quick and Efficient

No showed multiple times for gutter cleaning. Took over two months for them to complete the job despite making 2+ appointments.

They cleaned out the gutters, hauled off any debris and cleaned off the walkway and driveway. We have used them for several years now and they are consistent and professional. Highly recommended.

I have used this company before at my last home and had given a good review - unfortunately this time I can not say the same and must update my review. Crew showed up without notice - I corresponded with Marc on scheduling this service but he never confirmed an exact date. Was surprised at 8am on a Friday with the crew knocking on my door - luckily I was home and not planning for any other visitors that morning. My house is around 3500 sqft. They were here for a little over an hour. It started to rain about 40 minutes in and I feel they rushed to get it done and out of there as it was raining hard. While the power wash and gutter cleaning cost me $350 - I now how have to spend another $300-400 in various repairs due to issues that arose after this power wash. The crew got water into our hanging pendant light fixture on our front porch - this light is on a timer and later that night when it turned on we heard a pop and sizzle - amazingly enough my partner was standing near our front door and saw the flames shooting out of the fixture. Smoke was billowing out. We were able to cut power quickly and as an extra measure of precaution we climbed up the ladder and took the entire fixture down as we did not want to risk a fire. Now we have to purchase a new light fixture and an electrician to install it. We also noted that water got into our outdoor outlets which tripped the GFCI. Water also somehow got into one of our glass block window blocks and we now have permanent condensation. While I don't hold them responsible for the window or GFCI tripping as I know these things can happen due to aging seals - the water in the outdoor light fixture seems avoidable and something they should take care to prevent. To get water into the bulb sockets (which is what happened) would take some specific aiming since the fixture is rated for outdoor use and normal rain exposure. This issue could only have happened by spraying up into the fixture vs. normal downward rain fall exposure. After calling to let them know about this issue, the potential fire (thank goodness we were home when it sparked) and the cost to repair - they were not apologetic or offering any compensation for the trouble. I also felt the quality of the house wash was mediocre and I think much of this had to do with them not wanting to be out in the downpour. Based on all the issues we found (and feeling like the cleaning was not that great in general), I can't recommend this company nor will I use them again. It's unfortunate as both my partner and myself used them for years at our previous individually owned homes. The lack of communication in scheduling, lack of responsibility for damages, and the overall quality of the work are all red flags that I can not risk repeating.

Promptness - Showed up on the day and time they said they would Communication - Best method to communicate with Superior is to call Professionalism - First rate Thoroughness - Better than I expected Other factors you may wish to consider when hiring a pressure washing company: The top three complaints about pressure washing companies are 1)hard to contact, 2)don't show up on time, 3)they want to charge more after they actually see what they need to do. I eliminated issues 1 and 2 by picking a firm that is highly rated both in Angie's List and Google Reviews. In this case, I picked Superior. I eliminated issue #3 by sending an email to them with 19 pictures of everything I wanted done, told them the square footage of my house, gave them the length of the driveway and sidewalk and gave them the dimensions of the screened in porch. I also told them which areas had heavy mold/moss/mildew.

Arrived on time. Were very quick and did a thorough, quality job.

Had some trouble getting a quote initially, but the work was well done. The workers were professional and courteous. We've had them power wash for us in the past and have had all good experience with them.

The gutters look good and seem to be working well in the rainstorms since they were cleaned. When they had to reschedule with me due to rain, I did not receive notice, until I called and emailed them for any update. I did receive a phone call when they anticipated coming to my house the next day. Since the work was performed while I wasn't home, they had me leave my check under the mat, which I was a bit uncomfortable with. I never received a receipt of any kind, either paper or email. If I hire them again, I would clarify payment policies.

Amazing paint job - looks great. We used Sherman Williams "Emerald" which is a step up from "Superpaint" which is the standard paint that Superior uses - the upgrade added around $600 to the job. I'm not sure we needed to upgrade; it was our request and not normally used by Superior. We visited the Sherman Williams store and the clerk said the "Superpaint" was excellent quality and he didn't push the "Emerald" either, but I figured we only paint the house every 10+ years so why not get the best. Our siding had a flat finish originally but we went with a satin finish this time and glad we did. It has a slight sheen to it and looks really sharp - plus it cleans up much easier than flat. They painted the gutters and garage door the same color as trim - gutters look so much nicer - they had that blackish weathering on them. We wouldn't have thought to paint garage door, but they said once they paint trim around it the door would look faded - glad we did - they were right.

This is my second experience with Superior Power Washing and the first time I have had them paint. They did a superb job again. They provide immediate response when called and are professional. Their work is truly Superior. I will definitely hire them again.
