Great done in just over 1 day.

We were very pleased with the service Storm Guard provided. We worked primarily with Tim. He was very thorough, informative, friendly and helpful. He was always on time and went above and beyond to meet with us at times that worked for our schedule. He explained each step of the process, and took a lot of the stress out of the situation. We also spoke with Chris on the phone a few times. They were able to schedule the work at a convenient time for us, and were able to complete the job in less than two days. We would definitely use this company for future work.

I was very happy with all aspects of the job. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, never pushy and responsive even after the job was completed. The site manager for the installation of the new roof was easy to work with and fulfilled all my requests as the job was in progress. The work crew were all polite and appeared to do a very nice job. They showed up each day on time and worked a long day. It took two full days to complete the work. They were also very neat and left my property clean each day. I am very satisfied with Storm Guard and have recommended them to friends and neighbors

Storm Guard did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were fast, careful and efficient. We had a large leak on our roof near the fireplace and they were tenacious in both finding and resolving it. We are very happy with the work and the roof looks great! Everyone that we dealt with was professional and knowledgable. Would highly recommend their crew to anyone in need of a new roof!

I contacted Storm Guard for a roof inspection in May 2016. Tim Powell came out and found hail damage. He was available the day my insurance adjuster came and served as my representative. Once our claim was approved, Tim helped with samples and references and helped us pick a shingle color. Our roof was completed in one day by a crew that was professional, clean and amazingly fast. Tim and several representatives stopped by that day to check on the progress. Once the exterior roof was completed, we were contacted by the interior painter. A crew came over to inspect and to let us know what we could expect that day. We were placed on the schedule and they arrived promptly as planned. The interior work was also completed in one day and the crew took great care in making sure our personal items were not damaged. Storm guard kept in touch with us from start to finish and a representative was always just a phone call away. I could not be happier with their service. Every single person we dealt with was professional and friendly. The work was impeccable. I highly recommend them.

They handled the claim start to finish. The work was performed well even with custom changes thrown in the mix such as non-traditional roofing materials used on sections of the house to improve the performance long term where it was lacking with shingles. They took direction well when I wanted to see a few things differently based on my preferences and construction experience as a contractor.

He guided me through the insurance claim process and quickly returned my calls and texts. When a problem arose, he handled it efficiently and with complete satisfaction. Chris and Tim did a great job guiding us through the process and were always available to answer questions. The work crew took care in protecting the house and yard, did a thorough cleanup afterwards, and completed the job in one day!. We would definitely use Storm Guard again and have already recommended them to friends.. Our roof looks awesome!

Loved working with Chris and Stormguard! They handled everything from start to finish. Chris made sure my insurance company was on board and that everything was going to be covered. The actual roofing crew was amazing! I could not believe how quick the job was done. After they finished you could not even tell they were here. Highly recommend Chris and his team at Stormguard! I have used them again already for a new roof on my personal home.

Chris, Ken and the boys did a really top notch job. The crew arrived at the allotted time and did everything that was promised. The cleanup of nails and old roofing material was outstanding. We highly recommend.

We are very happy with the new roof. The company was very responsive to our questions and concerns. They did the job in a timely manner, and were very professional to deal with. We had the house painted in July 2013, just a year and a half ago, and were concerned that they not damage the paint job, which they didn't. We had some issues with bad siding that was adhered to the old shingle, and they came up with a creative way to trim those edges so that the job looked clean and finished. This allows us to wait until the next exterior paint job to replace the bad siding, as we had not planned on doing so at this time. Also, one great instruction they gave us was to cover items in our walk up attic, as the shingle replacement process makes a mess inside. Having the boxes and such in the attic covered made it a lot easier for us to clean up in the attic afterwards. We also noticed one small leak near our chimney after the roof was on, and they came and fixed it right away. We have seen no further evidence of a leak, and it has both rained heavily, and snowed! The house looks great, and we are happy with the job.
