"Dear Frank, Thank you so much for your review and your feedback. I am very sorry that our service did not meet expectations. Our service does not normally skip chores or rooms unless the customer has requested it and the job is adjusted accordingly. Some customers customize their cleaning in this way i.e. omit the top floor for regular cleanings and just clean the bottom level of the home in order to have a lower price for repeat cleanings. I am not sure about failing to show up, unless we were unsure about your service frequency and had something entered into our dispatch system wrong. We do not require customers to be available for a whole day to gain access to a home in order to clean. A customer is assigned an arrival time slot based on their preferences. The only thing I can guess is that you may have had the flexible arrival slot (which many customers have selected if the time does not matter). That slot would have arrival variability as scheduled for arrival after 9 with completion by 5pm. I am also assuming that maybe scheduling was trying to offer the following day as a solution for accomplishing the cleaning if the team was arriving too late. We are very interested in improving our service if a customer has had a bad experience and can offer a variety of resolutions to improve a negative experience. "Dear Linda. We are sorry that you were not happy with our attempts to resolve the cleaning situation for you. I do know that when you contacted us regarding the cleaning on the next business day, we did everything we could to try to resolve the issues for you. There were contractors in the home after our team that may have left the lights on and the door unsecured, but regardless, when we were not able to re-clean the areas, or have a team return with the manager to correct the areas, we did issue you a refund, in the amount you requested to your account. We work very hard to satisfy our customers and would have hoped that you would have considered our actions as this review was written after we did all that you asked."

"Not sure why this review is here. We serviced this customer's home 2009 - 2010. There were quality problems that we did try to rectify, even as far as not charging for the service. We have not provided any service to this customer since 2010. I am not sure why she would write this now."
