Clean Home Carpet Cleaning

They were 3 hours late for the scheduled time, after they pushed back the original appointment.  Upon arrival they informed me they did not bring the proper cleaning supplies.  At this point we rescheduled again for the following day.  Because the home was empty I gave them access to provide the cleaning service when I was not home.  They may have cleaned one room poorly but left the other two and hallway untouched.  When I called to inquire about their lack of service they have avoided my calls and my messages have gone unanswered. I would not recommend this company to  anyone.  Buyer Beware.

From the moment he arrived he was not very professional. Did not introduce himself or crack a smile. He did the work and carpets look clean, he did not cover his shoes and when it came to price, he did not mention he would not honor the voucher toward the price he quoted me. From the initial phone call when he did not clearly explain the quotes and the voucher to not honoring the voucher and instead arguing with me about it shows poor customer service. With so many other cleaning services look elsewhere.

I originally had the appointment scheduled for 9am and the day before they called and asked if they could come around 8:15-8:30. So I said yes but really wished I could have slept in a little more. At 8:35 the day of, I get a call that they are running late and will be there at 9am. So I was irritated that they didn't just stick to the original time. Once there, they cleaned my den and master bedroom in about 20 mins. I think they did an ok job but they missed a spot in the den, which I didn't find until after they left. Also, we have a no shoes rule in our house, so we don't track in as much dirt as the typical home would. I think overall the carpets are cleaner but I wouldn't say they look spectacular. Not sure if it's the green solution they use or the fact that they were only there a total of 20 mins (seemed fast to me). I used a Twongo, so I didn't spend much. In the future I would use them but only if I got another coupon to use.

Overall, it went very well. The owner (Mike) came himself to clean my carpets. He was knowledgeable and helpful in telling me ways I could get dog hair out of carpets myself (hint: not with vacuums) in the future, since it's pretty difficult to do. He worked quickly and was friendly. At the end, the carpets looked so much better than I could ever have imagined - almost new, so I was very satisfied with the work. He even got out stains in front of my laundry closet I thought would be permanent. The only complaint I have (and it's small) is that the price we had agreed on was $99, and he charged me $120 because of the extra work related to removing the dog hair. I didn't mind the extra charge, but wish he had told me before he got too far along that the price was going to be higher. In the end, I did give him an extra tip even on top of that because he did such a good job. In general, he was reasonably priced, showed up on time and worked with my weird schedule (he came on a Saturday evening!), and did a really good job. Would definitely hire him again.

Mike Perez was about 15 mintues late which did not bother me. When he arrived, I showed him the furniture located in the living room. We prearranged for the furniture to be deodorized and protected against future stains because we have pets and I showed him specific areas that need additional attention. Mike did a wonderful job and was patient with my questions. He worked with no breaks. The job took the amount of time he stated over the phone which was approximately four hours.

I probably wouldn't hire them again because I didn't have a good feeling about the technician. I felt like he worked a little too fast and the carpets didn't feel as clean as they could be. They charged the normal amount even though I didn't have anything in the room yet so there was no furniture to move.

Both Mike and his assistant arrived on time and begain work promptly. They were personable, conscientious and thorough in their work. My wife and I were pleased with the results. We will use them again.

Mike Perez came to do the job. He arrived on time as scheduled and moved the furniture by himself. I was very pleased with the job he did. There were some old stains that he managed to get out, and things looked great when he was finished. He seemed genuinely interested in the integrity of doing a good job. He was nice enough to help me figure out which coupon/package deal would give me the lowest rate. The reason I gave him a B on professionalism is because he distributed campaign literature to me after he was finished - a friend/colleague is running for a judgeship. Also, he took a lot of business calls on the job. I believe that was unusual, though, because he mentioned there was probably something odd about the regular receptionist/scheduler not picking up all the calls. It didn't make him drag out the work too much, though. It took about 2.5 hours to complete.

Michael & his team arrived promptly and greeted us warmly, professionally. They got to work immediately and were very thorough. Not only is Clean Home reasonably priced, but their products are environmentally friendly and left no noticeable residue. We couldn't be more pleased! Absolutely, unequivocally will call them again. Soon. :)

They do just about everything and are very cost effective. Cleaned my couch and all my rugs, expensive rugs and everything was great.
