The is last incident was the last straw. I made my monthly payment online on the 31st of January 2014. I started getting calls for my payment the next saying they needed their payment since they are closed on Sunday. Today Monday February 3 I got another call asking where is my payment. I looks like their online system did not process the payment and now I have to prove to them I made the payment. If it does not clear my bank tonight I have not proof of the payment. I did not receive a conformation number from the online payment. I did not notice at the time I did not receive a conformation. Their online system may have not processed my payment. The store is now asking me to prove I made the payment or pay a $10 late fee. I have told them that if that is the case they will have to wait until Friday to get the payment. If I allow the $10 late fee will be be charge a $28.00 overdraft fee from my bank. I will never do any business with RentACenter in the future.
Description of Work: We rented two items from RentACenter and are paying monthly. I had nothing but trouble with RentaCenter and it’s payments methods and policy over the last year. The act like a collection agency.
