The service was completed but not as quickly as promised. Was told it would be ready by 3 but it was after 5 when it was finished. The price is always a little higher here than the Subaru dealer in town but the work is superior and the owners care about their cliental.

I called Kent Bros at around 5 pm MDT from 160 miles away in Idaho and explained the symptoms of my transmission trouble. The tech was very helpful and explained what and how to check certain things to give him more information. After several calls back and forth, he told me he wouldn't recommend driving the car home due to possible further damage. After towing it to Kent Bros, they diagnosed the problem and unfortunately it meant getting a replacement transmission. I wanted a used transmission as opposed to new to save money on an older car. Kent Bros researched my options and gave me three choices with varying prices and mileages. After installation my car drove like it was new and I have not had any issues in over a year.

It was the second time I was there. The first time they didn't find the problem and they didn't charge me a dime and they brought it back again and they did some analysis of the problem and it wasn't very serious, but they didn't charge me much money at all. It was very nice, I came out with the car and I looked it over. They also offered some other services too. I think these guys are very honest. I did recommend them and now they work on Subaru. So, they know their Subarus really well. I drove by and I saw a whole bunch of Subarus outside one day and I thought I could take my car to them. I have also read other reviews on these guys and they get really good reviews for honesty and prices.

They are completely honest. They are the best Subaru mechanics in town. They even bought my car inside when it was raining. Their customer service and punctuality is excellent.

They are a great company and have saved us money. They are extremely personable and put you at ease, which is good when you're working on a car.

They did a professional job. I have no complaints and it was a good job all around. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family. It's a good auto store, auto place.
